Hi.

i just got refused as a Premium member because my VISA card ( issued in the Netherlands ) was refused as a valid payment method in France. Rediculous Spotify rule!

I don’t use Paypal and do not have a French credit card nor wish to purchase one just to be able to get a Spotify paid account. My children are VERY disappointed.

Thanks for reaching out.

Unfortunately, if you're currently in France and would like to subscribe to Premium, you'll need a payment method that's been issued there.

Alternatively, you can wait until you're back in the Netherlands or visit a store near you to see if they sell Spotify Gift Cards, which you should be able to redeem for Premium Individual.
