Reverting back to Annual Premium from Monthly Platinum

Started Premium Annual in September 2025

Upgraded Platinum Monthly in November 2025

My Question or Issue

I purchased an Annual Premium plan in September 2025 and upgraded to the Platinum Plan in November 2025.

1 - I never got a refund for the remaining duration of my Annual Plan upon upgrade.

2 - If I were to cancel my platinum subscription now, would I be able to continue my Premium subscription?

Hey @anirudhdas94, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When you make a plan change, your billing date is adjusted to cover the price differences between both plans. You should see the new billing date reflected on your account. There’s more information about this here.

You’ll be able to use Premium for the rest of the month if you cancel your plan.

Thanks for your post. If you don’t see a yearly payment option, it means it’s not available in your region. You can find all available plans and payment options through your account page.
