      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just paid last week for a student plan, but this week I got charged again because they change my student plant to individual plan because I am unable to verify my account as a student, but i did not receive any email to verify my account. I want a refund, how can i get a refund?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
