Duo Promo pricing not being applied

My Question or Issue

I've received 2 separate emails from Spotify offering the Duo plan at $11.99/mo for up to 3 months. No matter what I do when I click the link, the promo pricing does not show up and instead it only offers the plan at the standard $16.99/mo. I haven't upgraded yet, but is there a way to guarantee that I'll be paying the $11.99/mo for the first 3 months?

Did you make sure to sign into the account that's associated with the email address the email was sent to? 🙂 It's possible the offer only appears after logging into the right account.

I did try several times on both my phone and my computer to do it and it only shows the regular pricing

This is also happening to me. Feels pretty scammy on Spotify's part, not cool.

If you're logged in to the correct account associated with the email address where you received the offer, you should be able to claim the offer with no issues.

You can also try logging out and back in, and then check your account details here. You can also try claiming the offer directly at https://www.spotify.com/promo/duofamilydecember2025/

Happened to me as well. I guess I’ll change and then contact support to fix it afterwards
