&lt;P&gt;I am writing to request a refund for a payment that was made by mistake from my Bank debit card.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A transaction related to Spotify was attempted/processed on [removed by Moderator] using my Bank Debit Card (Merchant: PPSPOTIFY, USA).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This payment was not intended, and I kindly request you to please check the transaction and initiate a refund to my bank account if the amount has been debited.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know if any additional details or documents are required from my side.&lt;/P&gt;
