Gift card code scratched off

Hi. I received a Spotify premium gift card for Christmas. My little brother went through my gift pile and scratched off the code on the card. However, he scraped off 2 or 3 digits, making the card unreadable now. Is there any way I can get a replacement?

I recommend reaching out to Support so that they can look into this 🙂 Make sure to prepare pictures of the front and back of the card.

My gift card when I was scratching it off was unreadable so I couldn’t type in the pin. I have the gift card here just cannot redeem it. Can u help me redeem it? Thank you
