how do i get a refund from a charge that was a mistake ?

I was using a free trial that was made sometime possibly 3 months ago. I forgot to cancel the trial until I saw the charge on my card. My trial ended yesterday around 2:26 pm (when I got charged) and as soon as I saw the charge I canceled right then and there. I don't use spotify which is why I wasn't aware of the trial that was still being used. Is there a way the subscription could be canceled and I could get my 10.99 back being I'm already paying for enough and 10.99 being out my account for an app i don't use is not appreciated ! Please help in any ways necessary, thank you.

I have 2 charges on my debit card and I have never even used your services. I am 67 yrs old and never heard of your services. How do I get a refund if I can't call?

I bought the individual premium and after that i cancelled it because my plan is just to use it just for one month after that i was got charged for another 169 for premium when i see it i check my wallet first and saw that it charge me another 169 so i wish you could help me get my refund because i was gonna use it for my medicine, thanks and can you help me in anyways as possible thank you
