No Lossless Quality subscription in Nigeria

Hi, why is it that lossless quality is not available in Nigeria yet? I have decided to not subscribe again until the lossless quality is available for us in Nigeria. I'm moving to apple music

From what I've researched, lossless audio is still in the implementation phase, which is why it may be available in some places and not in others.

In some markets where Premium Platinum is available, lossless audio is only offered on the family plan at the moment. Therefore, if you are on a different plan and try to access this feature, you may receive an error message stating that you need to switch plans to use it.

I don't understand that. Nigeria is the biggest market in Africa, yet it is the last to get upgrades and updates. I have moved to apple music.
