      <title>Unable to change from Individual to Duo plan</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Premium&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Country&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Australia&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Device&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samsung Galaxy Fold7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Operating System&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Android 16&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;My Question or Issue&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am currently subscribed to an Individual plan. I am trying to change this to a Duo plan but it does not seem to be working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is how it goes for me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I try changing the plan in the Spotify app.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;It redirects me to the Play Store where subscriptions are managed.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I select the payment method and click Subscribe.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I see a bank app notification for the amount.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Back in the Spotify app, I am shown a screen saying ‘You subscribed to Spotify Duo’.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Then I get directed to a ‘Finish setting up your plan’ screen.&lt;BR /&gt;Here, ‘Step 1 Get a Duo plan’ has a green check mark next to it.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I select ‘Step 2 Enter your home address’ which takes me to a screen that does not load (see attached).&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried this three times and ended up in the exact same place. I have:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Logged out from all devices.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Checked my region in Account Setting, which is set to Australia.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot understand why paying to get a service has to be this complicated. Anyone in the same boat as me? Some help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There might be a temporary glitch preventing you from going through the whole process of activating the Duo plan, so we'd recommend trying out these suggestions to see if that helps:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you received a message that you already got the Duo plan, you can try accessing it from&lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt; your account page&lt;/A&gt; directly and managing it from there&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use a different device, preferably a PC&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Use an incognito window&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Test with a different browser&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check with a different internet connection&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could you also let us know if the issue you're experiencing is at the checkout or if you've successfully changed plans but cannot manage your new one?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;My plan has not changed from Individual to Duo. That's the entire problem.&lt;BR /&gt;Says I've signed up, but won't let me actually set it up.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have tried on my Samsung, iPad and my PC. It seems impossible for me to switch plans on any other device.&lt;BR /&gt;The subscription is managed in the Google PLay Store. Take a look at the attached images.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Incognito browser on PC and Phone, can't do it, regardless of what browser I'm using.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Tried on home wifi and mobile data.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like I might just have to cancel my susbscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;In this case, the most surefire course of action is to simply cancel the current plan, wait for it to revert to free and then resubscribe to Duo &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/duo/" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. We recommend against having a VPN on during this process as it may lead to complications and prevent the process from completing properly.&lt;/P&gt;
