I am trying to cancel my spotify account via this link: www.spotify.com/account but it keeps kicking me to this site: https://www.spotify.com/int/why-not-available/

I live in Australia, I signed up for Spotify when I lived in the US. I imagine I can use a VPN to cancel but I don't want to have to pay for one just to cancel my spotify. help!

Hi there @awtsao,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll gladly help you manage your subscription.

We had an issue these last few days where links without a country code would lead to this error. This should be fixed now as you can see here. Consider trying one more time and everything should work as expected now.

In case the error still appears, then try using a link with the Australian country code included, like so: www.spotify.com/au/account

Hope this helps.
