&lt;P&gt;Since the website keeps sending you back to the Home screen when you try to upgrade your audiobook listening time&amp;nbsp;even if the “top up” option is working fine, here are a few things you can try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log out of Spotify on your browser.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log back in and try upgrading again.&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If it still doesn't work,&amp;nbsp;this may be an account-specific issue on Spotify’s end.
