My Question or Issue

Ever since I subscribe for a premium plan, I always select the annual plan because aside from lesser hassle in paying monthly, I can also save money as the annual payment is 2 months free compared to the monthly plan.

Now that there is no more option for the annual payment, I do not like the idea of letting my payment option - for example card, to be automatically deducted monthly, just so I can use the service. Plus there is no more advantage of getting a free 2-months of enjoying music.

Plus the subscription costs really jacked up from Php 129 monthly to Php 149 monthly, and to now that it is Php 169 monthly in a short period of time. Compared to annual plan, I pay only Php 1290 or Php 1490 (for the last two years) yearly.

Now Spotify has removed that hassle-free payment option and benefit. And it is such a waste. Only monthly payments are available, whatever type of subscription you prefer. It is saddening and such a hassle. Hope Spotify could reconsider putting the annual payment option again.

I understand where you're coming from as I also like to pay annually if I can. I will make sure to pass your feedback on to the right folks at Spotify. The best way to go about this is purchasing a Spotify gift card for up to 18 months at a time at a leading electronics or retail store near you.
