&lt;P&gt;Can you double check your current subscription status &lt;A href="https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank"&gt;on your account page&lt;/A&gt; and make sure it says Premium Duo under &lt;STRONG&gt;Your Plan&lt;/STRONG&gt;? If you've upgraded from a Premium Individual plan to this one, it's possible that it's not active yet. In certain scenarios it doesn't active immediately and you need to wait until your next billing date.&lt;/P&gt;

Payment was successful and the plan is active. However, I can’t enter my address or invite my wife. When I open the Premium Duo Account page I see the 3 loading dots, but nothings happens. Tried both Safari and Firefox (also Incognito).&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did the page load eventually or are you still experiencing this issue? If yes, then try switching to a different network to see if that does the trick. If possible, try accessing your &lt;A href="https://spotify.com/account/overview/" target="_blank"&gt;account page&lt;/A&gt; by logging in on another device (your wife's phone or a computer would do).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Something else you can try out is clearing your browser's cache and cookies and logging in again.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
