My Question or Issue

My wife and I are trying to get on Duo, I paid it but it’s not accepting it on my phone bc my phone app is set to the US but we have added the same address

The verification may not be working because your device is recognized as being in the United States. I'd recommend disabling the VPN when using Spotify's service as Spotify doesn't support the use of VPNs. Also, keep in mind that both you and your partner must be residing at the same physical address at the time of sign up in order for the verification to work.
