My Question or Issue

We seem to have accidentally activated a free test-month of Audiobooks, but are not interrested in that. After one month it will start to cost. I can not find info in the help on how to cancel this directly. How do I do that? (I want to keep Premium.)

Hope you don't mind us chiming in 🙂

You can cancel Audiobook add-ons directly via your account page. Just make sure you're signed in to your account here and then head over to Plans and add-ons > navigate to the Add-ons tab.

Should you encounter any issues when canceling it, feel free to let us know if you have troubles with a specific step and we'll see what we can suggest. You can also include a screenshot showing how things look from your end (ensure that it doesn't include any personal info, as this is a public forum), so we can have a closer look as well.
