My Question or Issue
The payment failed. Please try again, use a different payment card or a different payment method. "I wanted to make a payment through bKash from Bangladesh, but after entering the number, this error appears."

Hey @mohtasim, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I'm sorry to hear this. I'd recommend checking your Receipts page to see if the charge appears there at all before you attempt to process payment again. If it's not there, I'd recommend retrying payment through your Account page using a different browser or private window. You can also contact your financial institution to see if it could be something on their end preventing the successful payment.

If you are still having trouble, please follow all of the steps provided here.

I contacted bKash support and there was no problem from there.

Thanks for the screenshots. Can you let me know if you’ve tried this on a different browser or private window? You can also try a different network connection to see if that makes a difference.

Thank you for letting us know about this.
If the issues are still persisting, see if using an incognito browser window or a different device and/ or network to subscribe using this payment method would make a difference.

In the meantime, if this is a possibility for you, you can try using a different payment method as well.

Hi I have been facing the same issue, tried with different payment methods (doesnt work), tried with different Bkash account (doesnt work), tried with different phone (doesnt work) .

spoken to Spotify support - Says they do not have any problem. Spoken to Bkash support- says they also do not have any problem.

I have faced this exact issue before as well, I have 3 cards, spotify took payments for the first time. But from the next cycle it doesn’t.
