Spotify charges each Premium plan once per month. It sounds like you have a Premium plan through your mobile provider and one through Spotify directly. The account you will be using the most is the one you should keep.

So, if your primary account is the one charged by Spotify directly, then you'll have to get in touch with your mobile provider on the other account as they are the ones who can handle refunds. You can find their contact information on your account page under Your plan.

If your primary account will be with your mobile provider, you can follow these steps. In the case you're unsure which account is which, you can check out this guide which will help you locate both accounts.
