My Question or Issue

My account was awyas Brazilian, but i've moved to Portugal. I have a premium family plan on Brazil and on the process to change the country I had to change my payment card, that's totattly fine but i've got a message saying that the plan will only change on the next billing date (17 of July) I don't want to wait that long, so I decided to cancel my Brazilian family plan and yet got the message that this cancel will only be proced on July, not today. Again, I don't want to waiti till there, I've already canceled the plan and removed my Brazilian payment method, why i need to wait until July? thats crazy, even trying to sign a new plan, available in portugal, this date change.

Hey @Istanislau, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

I understand where you're coming from. The region on your Premium account is tied to your billing address, so to make the switch, you must update your payment method to one issued in your new country. Once processed, your account's currency and library suggestions will update automatically after your next payment clears. There's more information about this here.

There isn't a way to make this change immediate today, however on your next billing date you're able to change the region to where you are currently.
