      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been trying to subscribe for the "Premium for Students" offer since yesterday, and whenever I try to enter my card's credentials, it shows me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;My mastercard is Metrobank. I'm from the Philippines. My brother has availed for the same offer with the same card just days before without any errors or problems. How come mine is showing me this error?&amp;nbsp;Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
