    <description>I have had premium for over a year and all of a sudden it stopped working. When I logged into my account again, all my music was gone and had kicked me off premium. My card was charged today so that's not the problem. I have checked my account and says it will be renewed a month from now. Why am I going to be without services for a month in order to be renewed again?</description>
