Hi guys,

i signed up today the 22nd of August to the free trial. spotify told me i will be charged on september 21st for the following month. it means 1 month of free trial.

then i opened the app from smartphone that was welcoming me for 7 days of trial. this means what? if i am going to pay september 21st, it is not going to be 37 days, right?

If you received the message of the 7 day offer after you had already subscribed to the 30 day trial, it's possible that you accessed to a second Free account on you mobile device by mistake. This message only shows for Free accounts, so if you had the 30 day trial active, you shoulnd't have received the message of the 7 days on your Premium account.

In this case, we'd like you to log out from the Spotify app on your mobile device. Then, try to log in again. If you created your Premium account with your Facebook profile, make sure to use the Log in with Facebook option. If you didn't use your Facebook profile, use your username and password to log in. Let us know if after you do that you're able to use the Premium features an if the 7-day trial message shows again.
