Cobrança indevida

Fechei o pacote Premium de 16,90 pelo cartão de crédito, porém tem outra cobrança no valor de 10 reais. Gostaria de saber do que se trata. Porque quando fechei só tinha a informação do valor de 16,90. Se tiver que pagar mais esses 10 reais quero extorno pois não é o valor informado.
