I changed my account form the original premium to spotify student.. Will I be charged again? If I already paid the original amount this month..

hello, i hope you see this. I'm kinda in the same situation. I am a student and had a student discount on the premium. But then I forgot to renew my student status and I got charged by the original amount. I recently just renewed my student status, would I get a refund from the original amount I was charged?
