Would like to renew my sub but can't, this is my last day and I don't want to lose my offline music.

What's happening exactly? What are you trying to do that you can't? Do you get any error messages while this happens?

Maintenance would seem to be the issue, it says contact support to manage your subscription.

Hey,

Have you tried renewing your subscription via https://www.spotify.com/us/purchase/panel/ on a different browser/incognito window? Let me know if that works it out!
