    <description>&lt;P&gt;even though they charged you 4.99 you won't be on a student 12 mo discount until you have proven that you are in school. and if you we're charged the 9.99 that's just your regular premium account. but you can reach out to them at tech support chat on here so that you can get your 4.99 back, hope this works out for you any more questions feel free to message me thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to get the student discount, but because I don't start school until January I was not able to get it. However, they charged me 4.99$ for the student discount (which they said they wouldn't charge me until I uploaded the documents, which I didn't) and then on top of that charged me 9.99$ for the premium. I would like my refund for 4.99$&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;do you have too cards on file, because sometimes, that could be the case as well you might want to let one go, because if you got the okay for the 4.99 then there's no need to keep the 9.99 because you are already on premium just at a lower rate, on a student discount if you don't cancel you're 9.99 you will continue to be charged until you cancel one hope this works.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
