    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having a problem getting to Premium. When I enter the credit card information, this is coming on:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no Idea why. This had happened before, but then the problem was that the card was not allowed to do payments in the internet. But I have fixed it. Also I have enough money on the card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There should be no problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
