      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have received a message on my desktop player saying that Spotify have been unable to renew my subscription because of a payment problem. I have not updated my payment details or had a card expired (payed through paypal) so I'm not clear on why it is asking me to update my payment details.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to access subscription on my account through multiple browsers it is stating&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;"&amp;nbsp;Right now we're doing some system maintenance, so you are not able to manage your subscription or update your payment details. Please check back a little later or contact customer support."&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This issue has been happening for a few days now, has anyone had a similar experience or can anyone resolve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would try using icognito mode or using another browser as well as trying on a different device or computer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply, I have tried on multiple devices now and also in incognito mode however unsuccessfully.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am getting this message now as well&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're making a few little improvements.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please check back a little later or contact customer support to manage your subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any other ideas?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greatly appreciated&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will&lt;/P&gt;</description>
