      <title>Subscription Confusion</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I decieded I wanted to get Spotify premium and I went to the website to sign up and started filling out everything. I am currently a student so after I filled out my payment option it took me to the screen to fill out my name and school, but it wouldnt let me fill anything in. I thought the page broke so I just refreshed it, but it took me back to the payment options again. I filled it back in and got back to the name and school page and it still wouldnt let me fill in my info, so I just gave up. Later I looked at my banking account and I was charged twice for spotify, so I thought I would have premium but I've signed out and in multiple times and reinstalled spotify on all my devices. I checked my account and my subscription still says free, I hope someone can help me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
