    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Spotify&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am a student at Central New Mexico Community College. I've had Spotify for a while now and I used to pay regular premium. I recently couldn't afford the 9.99$ a month so I stopped the premium and used the free subscription. I seen that students get a discount so I try it. After putting in my card information, it charged me the amount of student premium. But then my Spotify wasn't premium. So I paid for nothing..... I've read some articles on how to fix it. But I've had no luck. So I tried to pay again and another transaction came up on my bank statement and thought I would have premium now but I still don't. But you guys said if you don't get premium, your money should go back into your account. NOW YOU GUYS CHARGED ME AGAIN, in TOTAL OF 4 times!!!. I need help, to get my money back. 21.44$ is owe to me! I went in the negative with my bank so I need help. I don't like how this is coming out to be and I wish I could get someone to call but you guys don't do customer service through calls which sucks.. HELP ASAP&lt;/P&gt;</description>
