Spotify Card not working

Hey guys, I'm new here, not sure if it is the right place to write this but I need help, so I won a giveway( that I didn't even remeber lol) and the price was 2 spotify cards (21€), so a yesterday and today I got a message on my phone saying I would receive a package, today I got and had the 2 cards in there, so I tried to redeem them and didn't work, I don't know if it didn't get activated, or its the country problem.

No worries, make sure you're typing the correct code. Remember to change de number 0 for the letter O and vice-versa to verify you have it correctly.

You can redeem it at spotify.com/redeem. Let us know if you're getting any error message.

This is the message I get when I try to redeem it, and I got no O or 0 in the code 😞 @Aimee_T

And my biggest problem is that I don't remeber the company that did the giveway, because it was a while ago 😞 I really would like thise cards work, it would help me a lot ,and save some money

Thanks for trying @TryNextYear.

In this case, we'd like you to give it another try. This time, make sure you'll try to redeem the giftcards using this link on a Google Chrome incognito window from a computer if possible.

If it doesn't work, try from a different device/internet connection.

Same problem here. I tried to activate my giftcard, but it failed several times. After five tries or something like that, it finally worked. I never changed something in the code! Then I clicked to verify my card and I got another error message. But when I looked into my Spotify-App it said that my premium was activated. I listened to my music offline and everything was fine.

The problem now is, that my premium status is gone. I don't know why. I threw the giftcard into the rubbish bin and there is no way I can get it back. Is there any chance that you guys can activate my premium again?
