Charged twice per month

I logged in today with the wrong account so I paid a new abo. After that i realised that i had logged in with the wrong account. So I paid twice for the moment. I will not pay twice for using spotify!

I would like to chancel one abo on one account.

We'd recommend getting in contact with us directly via email, or by tweeting our support handle. We'll be able to help you out further and take a look under the hood.

We'll be able to close one account and it's subscription and move any playlists, saved music, and followers over to the chosen account, to avoid confusion.
