Hi! Earlier today I subscribed on the student discount spotify I was just confused because I was charged alteady. Then when I checked my account it was said that if I dont cancel it before october 27 I will be charged automatically. It seems I will be double charged.

If you've been charged two times, one of them is a pre-authorization and it will be automatically removed in a few days.

Hi there so it’s been 1 month and spotify charged me again 4.99. The pre-authorization that you’ve said wasn’t returned to me. So I’ve been charged 2 times. It wpuld be great of you could help me. Thank you!
