    <description>&lt;P&gt;I’ve been trying for days to renew my subscription but it’s denying my card everytime. I called the bank and there’s nothing wrong w the card. It doesn’t work no matter how many times I refresh the page or log out and log back on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Are you able to see your playlists on your new iPhone? If not, maybe you're logged&amp;nbsp;in two devices with different accounts.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/account_help/do-i-have-an-additional-account/" target="_blank"&gt;take a look at this guide&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to know&amp;nbsp;if you have more than one account.&lt;/P&gt;
