      <title>Premium subscription not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I paid for premium subscription this morning using the fund transfer feature of my bank. Bank did notify that transfer was successful but Spotify did not upgrade to premium. I already used the same mode of payment last month but then it worked well. I'm pretty sure the account number was entered properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Up until now (it's been 14 hours since payment), I stll can't use Spotify Premium. Why is this so?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that you can help me regarding this matter. Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
