    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since yersterday I'm having problem with my subscription, I was using premium and then I was downgrade to free with no reason. I had tried with 4 diferent cards and I already check with the bank and there is no problem with them. All I get is this message:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me to solve this ASAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Nelly&lt;/P&gt;</description>
