I have multiple accounts on Spotify and none of them say that I have premium on them but I was just charged for premium, is there any way to cancel my subscription with just my card?

Hello, i need cancelled my acount on spotify with my mail julianpescador@hotmail.com, since I lost my access to the account of Hotmail, and I need to open another and I do not want it to be active and charge me for 2 accounts.
