I tried to start a student premium account. It denied me with my school ID yet it's charged me two times in the same day for a premium account. And it's not even working as a premium account on my app

Hey @Harmonious14,

This sounds like a pending charge transaction. Spotify automatically charges you, however since SheerID (Spotify's student verification partner) has been unable to verify your student status the charged should be reverted within 48 hours depending on your bank.

What if I did get the discount but still took money twice from my account
