You can shoot them a message through &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-anonymous/" target="_blank"&gt;this page&lt;/A&gt;. Make sure to select the correct reason from the menu &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You should receive back an email from Spotify Support with the subject line “&lt;STRONG&gt;Spotify Case #&lt;/STRONG&gt;” followed by a string of numbers.
