      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just had the same issue after signing up for family today and I was able to fix it.&amp;nbsp; I tried the other suggestions such as incognito/private mode with no luck.&amp;nbsp; Here's how I fixed it...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using chrome originally so I switched to Firefox just to eliminate a variable.&amp;nbsp; Then, I created a new email address for the person and sent the invite there.&amp;nbsp; Once I had that done I followed the sign up process using the new account.&amp;nbsp; **I did not use "login with Facebook" as I was getting the 601 error with that also....Use a new/clean email account.&amp;nbsp; I can't stress that enough.&amp;nbsp; Once I did all this extra work to sign this person up I was able to get through the registration process without issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My guess is spotify's programming is throwing the error if the email has previously been used to access their service, even for the free account.&amp;nbsp; Since they haven't seemed to provide a fix for everybody or updated the invite process, they either don't know it's an issue or don't know how to fix it.&amp;nbsp; I hope this helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Want to join my Brothers Family Premium but i get Error 601.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My email is&amp;nbsp;linked to the account i actually use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is there a workaround where i didn't lose all my playlists etc?&lt;BR /&gt;New email - nothing as easy as that, but i've trouble loosing all that informations and stuff in my account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>It was because he still had a premium account on that email. Once he cancelled his subscription and he no longer had a premium account he was able then join the family one.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps. Xx&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>Sorry but I don't know beyond what I posted previously. As long as your&lt;BR /&gt;email is clean and you try a different browser...you could try sending your&lt;BR /&gt;playlists and songs to your family first and then having them send it back&lt;BR /&gt;to you once you have everything setup founder a new account.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
