&lt;P&gt;It looks like you might have a second account with the Free service. No worries, you can check this information to find it and cancel it as soon as possible:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Enter any email addresses you might have used into our&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A class="js-ga-event" href="https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/" rel="noreferrer noopener" target="_blank"&gt;password reset form&lt;/A&gt;. If there's an account associated with the email address, a message will tell you that a password reset email has been sent to the address.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check your email inboxes, including any spam or junk folders, for emails from Spotify. If you have any, you have an account associated with that email.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check to see if you have an account connected to Facebook by clicking&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;LOG IN WITH FACEBOOK&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;(make sure you're logged in to Facebook on the same device).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Note: If you're not automatically logged in to Spotify when you select this option, you don't have an&amp;nbsp;account connected to Facebook.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Invisible Spotify Premium</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Less than a month ago, I activated Spotify Premium free trial and it is still visible on my app on my laptop. I wanted to stop the subscribtion but when I log in into my account on the official site, there is no appearance of my subscribtion and there's only "try the free trial" option, which I practically already used...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would be grateful for an answer because I don't know if i'll be charged for the next month, as I am unable to cancel my free trial...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
