I followed the very straightforward instructions through Vodafone and then Spotify. Somewhere along the lines, my username has changed from 'tommygsmith' to '<SPAN>gth4h356qtle449vu8914nkpj'. And my subscription says 'free' not premium. My decision to choose this Vodafone contract was 100% based on the inclusive Spotify option.
