&lt;P&gt;If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I've tried to setup my account on the Spotify Premium (with student discount at 4,99$CAD).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have entered my credit card information into the secured form. But then I realised Spotiry Premium for student wasn't available in Quebec. Until there it's fine... but this morning I woke up and realized that Spotify went three times through my credit card, each for the amount of 4,99$.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since I finally did'nt suscribe to Premium, do you know who I need to contact to get a refund for that? Is is my credit card instution or directly Spotify?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you very much for your help!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gabriel&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
