      <description>&lt;P&gt;this is the most frustrating, i applied for the student discount, presented everythin they required and was denied. BUT.. they charged me $4.99 out of my account cancelled my premium subscription and are ow asking for me to pay the $9.99&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What the **bleep** is going on and who can i talk to to get this running.....im on the verge of cancelling due to the lack of customer communication neededwith this company. this is my money you are screwing with.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

First up, how about you take a look at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/payment_help/why-charged-twice/" target="_self"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;about being double charged? It doesn't cover the student discount but it's worth a look. You may also want to read over&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/us/article/i-pay-for-premium-why-am-i-on-free/" target="_self"&gt;this article&lt;/A&gt;. If all else fails, contact support. I hope you can get this whole thing sorted out!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
