    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been charged double for 8months. One payment through my phone bill and another through Spotify directly. I hadn't realised until I spoke with my phone provider to see why my bill was always so high. They've since cancelled the subscription through them but I'm still being changed double through Spotify directly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried to cancel my subscription through the online account and my app and haven't been able to locate the other account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please can someone support me with this.
