I WANT THIS MONEY BACK! I never authorised this payment to be processed and lodged a cancellation on the subscription more than a day before the end of the subscription period. &lt;P&gt;Thank you so much for posting your concern to the Community. I totally understand where you're coming from, however we aren't able to help you or provide any advice regarding refunds through the Spotify Community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You’ll need to get in touch with the great folks over at the Spotify Support Team directly about this; you can shoot them a message through &lt;A href="https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/" target="_blank"&gt;this portal&lt;/A&gt;. Make sure to select the correct reason from the support menu.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As a word of advice, in the future it is safer&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;not to include your phone number in Community threads&lt;/STRONG&gt;. These discussions are public, and giving away such personal information does pose a risk to yourself.&lt;/P&gt;
