    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, I would like to have a premium account again but my credit card is not accepted. I always get the same message (in german: ups, dein zahlungsanbieter scheint einen schlechten tag zu haben ... ) but my credit card is fine, I just called them. what is the problem? before I paid through my phone bill (salt) but now I downgraded my contract to prepaid as I'm currently abroad in belgium and they also deleted spotify. the country of my account is switzerland and so is my credit card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would very much appreciate quick help, thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
