    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Community&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ive just finished my 7 days free trial and had such a blast with spotify that i wanted to subscribe to the premium membership. The problem arises as none of the payment options available work. Everytime i attempt to make a payment; both card and paypal the following message appears&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;"Oops, seems your card or payment provider is having a bad day. Don't worry, no money has been charged. Try again or use another payment method."&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;And this appears even though there arent any problems with my account, my balance is good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have read through the forum for answers but none of the solutions have worked for me(incognito browser, clear cache, talk with bank, change country etc). Would appreciate for someone to look in to it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards David B.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
