We use the good folks at SheerID to verify your student credentials. The verification can take a few days. If you’re having trouble signing up, you can submit for manual verification here. As a heads up, this can take up to 12 hours to process.

Mine has been charged as a student without verification being processed, it said that no money would be charged until verification was completed but has been processed as a charge even though it is still as free, as in I can search, and only plays shuffle play. So I have paid for a service that I can't use and noone is responding to messages.
