I actually solved this... although Rogers was completely unhelpful to me. You have to log in to your MyRogers account, click on Spotify, and then something will come up that says complete activation, click on that and it should work. Afterwards I logged in and out of my spotify account and it now says premium

Premium with Rogers

I'm getting annoyed... I rely heavily on Spotify to get through my day. I recently had spotify premium with Rogers. I got a notification that my trial was ending after 2 years. I tried to purchase premium prior to it expiring but it just kept saying active in my Rogers account. A few days after the expiry date it gave me the option to add it back to my Rogers account, which I did. It's been 2 weeks and my account is still in free mode. I can't play my playlists. I checked my Rogers page and it says my spotify is active. I have called Rogers multiple times and they said it's active and they are telling me to contact spotify. I have deleted the app... Reinstalled. I have tried signing in and out everyday. Please help me resolve this. I know my account is active through spotify as my spotify account # in Rogers is a mix of numbers and letters.
