Paying for premium using debit card

i entered the card details of my debit card. it showed a message saying "please enter a valid credit card number", so i figured you mustnt be able to use debit cards for payments. but on the help pages i saw that other people were able to pay for their premium using a debit card. i have tried to re enter my details many times. i have more than enough money in my account for the transactions. is there any way i can use my debit card for these payments?

Just to be sure, does your payment card meet these requirements? If you're unsure, reach out to your bank to make sure your card meets each requirement.

If it does, try signing up again using an incognito window.
